Relationships are Confidential
Community Valley Bancorp recognizes and respects the privacy expectations
of our customers. As a result, nonpublic personal information of our customers
and former customers and their relationships with Community Valley Bancorp
are strictly confidential. This applies to all of our customers who have
a continuing relationship with us, such as;
- Deposit account
- Loan account
- Credit card
- Safe deposit box
- Self-directed Individual Retirement Account where we act as custodian
or trustee
- Financial, investment, or economic advisory services (for a fee)
- Home mortgage brokerage,

Nonpublic Personal Information
Nonpublic personal information means information about our customers that
we collect in connection with providing a financial product or service.
Nonpublic personal information does not include information that is available
from public sources, such as telephone directories or government records.

Community Valley Bancorp collects nonpublic personal information about consumers

- Information about customer transactions with us; and
- Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

Community Valley Bancorp will limit the use and collection of information
about our customers to that which is necessary to administer our business,
provide superior service, and offer opportunities that we think will be
of interest to customers.
Our Disclosure Practices
Community Valley Bancorp shares transaction and experience information about
our customers within our family of affiliates. However, we do not receive
or provide eligibility information within our family of affiliates for
marketing purposes.
In addition, when processing customer's transactions, information is provided
to unaffiliated third parties as necessary to effect, administer, or enforce
a transaction requested or authorized by that customer, or in connection
with servicing or processing a financial product or service that the customer
has requested or authorized.
We may also disclose all of the information we collect, as described above,
to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other
financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. We
may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated
third parties as required or permitted by law.
Vendor Contracts
When Community Valley Bancorp conducts business with unaffiliated third parties,
we require those vendors and suppliers maintain similar standards of conduct
regarding the privacy of personal customer information provided to them.
We insist, through a written agreement, that the third party adhere to
privacy principles similar to those of Community Valley Bancorp for keeping
this information confidential.
The Confidentiality, Security, And Integrity Of Your Nonpublic Personal

Community Valley Bancorp restricts access to nonpublic personal information
about our customers to those employees who need to know that information
to provide products or services to those customers. All bank personnel
are educated so they understand the importance of confidentiality and customer
privacy. Our employees are continually trained to understand and comply
with our information principles. Appropriate disciplinary measures are
used by the Bank to enforce employee privacy responsibilities.
The Bank will maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards
that comply with federal security standards to guard our customer's nonpublic
personal information. We continually assess new technology for protecting
information.
Resolving Errors
Community Valley Bancorp has established procedures to maintain accurate,
current and complete customer financial information. In the event a customer
disputes the accuracy of the Bank's data, we will perform a complete investigation
and report the results to the customer and make any corrections in a timely
manner.
